Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mori Seiki MSC-802M E03025A02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Motion-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motoman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mor-tech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Motion-Engineering such as the T0080002eXMPT0080002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HW9381220A manufactured by Motoman and we are pleased to be able to service most Motoman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Unclamp by Manufacturer Mor-tech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mosier Brand J977B3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Movomatic such as 155040150A equipment made by Movomatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Movomatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Movomatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available STM07507 made by Copley-Controls as well as the popular MCS118L303RAXS original spares produced by Motion-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVME3100 by Motorola and 155040150A spares by Movomatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSD403N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motortronics.
